About

The galvanizer — not the empty suit, not the MSP nerd.

About

The story

I’m not your IT nerd in a closet. I can speak business, but I’m not some pretentious Walmart suit.

I ran a small business for ten years. I consulted an MSP out of Seattle covering six hundred businesses. I know the risks a plumbing and HVAC shop takes running on SaaS platforms, and I know the risks a highly regulated bank takes. I come through that whole space. I can talk that talk. I can make it happen. I can take it off your plate.

That’s the gap in Northwest Arkansas. A supplier economy around Bentonville, plus food processing, logistics, and the professional firms that serve them. These companies have real IT spend, real cyber insurance pressure, and real fatigue with vendors who don’t get their business.

Proof points

What I am, and what I’m not

I am the galvanizer. I walk into a dysfunctional team, rip it apart, rebuild it, and leave it stronger.

I am not the empty suit who came up through corporate ranks and thinks they know the SMB marketplace.

I am not the nerd who geeks out when he sees new servers in a closet.

Somewhere between those two is where the work actually gets done. That’s where I live.
