How the work runs — Assess, Roadmap, Operate. Scope, cost, and what you get.
Assess. Roadmap. Operate. You get a named security officer of record, a clear scope, and a monthly retainer — not a binder and a goodbye.
We start with where you actually are: risk assessment, gap analysis against your audit or insurance requirements, and a read on your current IT spend versus what the business needs. You get a written picture, not a sales pitch.
A prioritized plan tied to your triggers — insurance renewal, audit, a near-miss, a board question you couldn’t answer. Each item has an owner, a timeline, and a cost. You decide what to fund.
Monthly retainer, five to twenty hours a week. Board reporting, access reviews, vendor risk, evidence collection, insurance questionnaires, incident readiness. The program stays alive between audits because someone owns it.
Typical range: seven to twenty-five thousand dollars per month, depending on size and scope. Exact number comes after the assess phase — we don’t quote blind.
Not a helpdesk. Not an MSP. Not a one-time audit that expires. If you need Office 365 babysitting or server patching, we’ll point you to someone good — that’s not us.
